Now if you're wondering what is a "CMA" , let me unpack it for you.

Cost and Management Accountants play a critical role in decision making and providing transparency across industrial sectors, not limited to manufacturing. They bring a unique blend of economics and statistics.

When i qualified back in the nineties, I will admit, it was a hard exam with two papers a day of three hours each for 4 days in a row. I still remember a subject called "OR" or Operational Research which was challenging.

it's a great body of knowledge but underutilized. Wishing the community of CMAs the best. Thank you for your service to building the nation.

Pls keep raising theee issues @sabeer but more than social media, you should do it on the streets of India. Haven't found one city where garbage is not an issue.
More than the physical site, it's a mentality and attitude that needs to change. We are witnessing a crisis and we don't know if. It really pains me. Need to pull Indians out of poverty and filth . Ned a solid plan. Community action is needed.

@BaluGorade My humble advice is to focus on frameworks and processes and not people.
Don't make stars out of fund managers who are just doing their job. Some doing a great job !

When I was asked for advice on what's one thing a startup should take as a guiding principle i'd sat it's " let perfect not be the enemy of the good ".

Launch when the product is good and launch to learn, not launch to earn (right away).

Competing against "free" is extremely hard for any startup.

What is the "real" cost of something free that does not do the job properly.

How would you like a free elephant if you had to feed, house and clean up.

Pay for value . Be persistent and demonstrate value to the users.
