@saylor announced that @Strategy sold 3,588 $BTC for around $216 million to fund dividends on its digital credit securities.

But here’s the important detail:

This was not one single sale reported today.

According to Strategy’s own data, the sales were split across two reports:

📌 2,225 BTC sold on July 6, 2026
📌 1,363 BTC sold on June 30, 2026
Total: 3,588 BTC

Still, this represents only about 0.43% of Strategy’s 843,775 BTC holdings.

So yes, Strategy sold Bitcoin for cash/dividend management.

But no, this is not a major reduction of its BTC position.

The real question is:
