@sekitsuii You were probably losing a lot of gains to cardio. This happened to me too, and I also increased since my maintenance was very high. It’s nice to eat like a king or queen, just get in all you need to gain properly. And don’t fall into dirty bulk delusions

@cupcakes4cals It at least gives a better chance of gaining needed nutrients and protein. And your timeline is still good at maybe two months. But adjust if want.

@cupcakes4cals Don’t weigh daily. Weight is not consistent like that. Pick a weigh-in day based on your eating habits. Mine would be Monday mornings. And you have to eat more than 300 kcal. Yes you’re losing weight but you’ll be better with 700-900.
