@Pdx_Vol @thedulab NVC actually goes a step further. Instead of saying ‘When you do X, it makes me feel..’, you could say ‘When I see you do X, I feel Y, because I need/value Z’

Don’t make other people responsible for your feelings, you feel that way because yóu have a specific need in that moment
