@shauntrennery@SimonDingle My advice would be to get specialist shoes for each discipline. Costs you the same in the long run. Inov-8 used to make a hybrid shoe which worked quite well. Not sure if they still do. The problem is those kinds of shoe always lean more one way than the other.
@antmccrossan Loving the coverage of the ladies' TT. Glad it is not raining as hard now. Lisa Norden is more than a 'bit of a triathlete' though. Olympic silver medalist in London 2012 in a photo finish.
I am super proud to post that CyberCoach had a 100% finish for all the 22 athletes we had at Ironman SA this year. After seeing the conditions that they were going to endure it was a nerve-wracking day for a coach. I am so stoked for you all!

The guys at The Durban Ultra have asked me to do a few posts leading up to the race on the 3rd of March. I thought I'd start in the logical place, where all triathlons start, in the swim.

This didn't surprise me at all. I think most would think world-class pros would eat super-healthy or 'clean' but when you are travelling to an event, that can be difficult. Additionally, if you aren't too... https://t.co/ItSkem4myF
