@hakneeuh Lol!! It is! We have fun! There’s about 35 of us!

@hakneeuh Thankfully 4 days in considered full time for me but it’s still a lot!

@hakneeuh We have 10 hygienists so I’m the “lead” and do all HR related things for the hygiene department. Time sheets, the schedule, requests off, stuff like that. Basically we have a large office so each department has a manager to lighten the load for the practice owners.

@hakneeuh Yes I am! I’m also the hygiene team manager so I have to be full time for the position 😭 I’m sure we’ll get used to it but it’s going to be hard at first. It’ll be so nice for you to be off during the holidays!
