@OVOEnergy me and my wife sent you an email to discuss your massive price increase we asked you no take any money until you have resolved our query ,
You have today take the extreme increase with out ever responding to our query , Criminal behaviour

[stace @van_stace]

@OVOEnergy like how your smart metre stops me entering a manual reading , so I can’t force your automate system to use my actually data and not the FAC algorithm its is using to calculate my bill, because it completely contradicts my actual usage history

[stace @van_stace]

@OVOEnergy nice that you automated system ignores my actual metre reading and instead think I will have my heating on 24/7 , smart why to try and increase your profit margin and rip me off , would be good if you could give me an honest price and use the actual data

@SamHewi @NHSuk They did the same to my brother , I got a text message saying book an appointment , Mark didn’t , calls 119 they say he isn’t on the list, ends up GP forgot to tick his profile to to get him on the list 🤦‍♂️

[stace @van_stace]

@SamHewi @NHSuk My doctor booked mine for me , but I booked my mums online for her , best advise I can give is just keep trying , think I tired 3 times and finally got an appointment for her at the showground for her second jab
