@officialbat419 Didn't say it was going to work against Spain but you could see they were trying to attack more in the final minutes. Spain definitely was the better team. You could tell by all their first touches they felt rushed by the Spanish pressure and it was going to take a fk or magic.
@officialbat419 Watching their games it seemed like their strategy was play tight solid defense do not over extend but also don't park the bus. In the last 15 mins storm forward and score so you don't wind up like England trying to park the bus for 30 mins. Their issue was being down to 10 men.
@1blut4und8ehre8@SchuckFarms Lived with a new teacher and I will say seemed like a lot of work for the pay in the beginning but once she had her lesson plays the 10-11 hour days 6x a week turned into 8.5 5x a week and summer break got a lot longer once she got her classroom set.
@AmiriKing Let's not get into the weeds about all this stuff, maybe blacks and whites need a timeout from each other. Whites living around whites and black around blacks just for a little while...like the next 150 years. That should punish the whites for what they have done.
@USMNTNews2 Bro Messi used to get hate for not performing in the world cup....this kid disappeared in the biggest game,to be fair, just like the rest of the team but he is not above the criticism for his piss poor performance.
@themexreddevil@KeeganLMoyer@PolymarketSport Better than free...they sign them and move them to training facilities where they get room board education and training. In the US you have to be rich, athletically gifted, and also pick soccer as your sport of choice. We will never be that good with that system.
@KeeganLMoyer@PolymarketSport All the other countries that have good soccer players find young talented players at young ages and sign them and move them to their training facilities. There is no monetary barrier of entry. Which is why the us will never be as good as them.
@Nina7Infinity@SightUnseen555 They played like shit and had no heart. I don't blame you for thinking the first 4 games of the tournament is the norm but this is how this bunch play most of the time. No heart no grit and mentally weak. Most talented bunch but mentality is not that of demsey donavon era.
@fiago7 It does set a precedent but I don't know if it is a bad one. If a ref made a terrible call FIFA should right the wrong..it never has but that doesn't mean it shouldn't start. MLB NFL NBA have come out and said their refs made a terrible call whenever it happens FIFA take notes.
@fiago7 Whole situation is fucked but to play devil's advocate, in all other sports (at least in the US) all the governing bodies come out and say their ref messed up and admit their call was wrong. Why does FIFA never do that? Why can't they do that?
@shxkxbabu Defenders were better and the defenders knew they could get away with fouls as long as they were hidden from the ref....now with var there is no hiding...also it's just a lot softer than it used to be
