So honored to be in attendance to see @lmbrinkmeyer receive the @DrakeUniversity Distinguished Alumni Loyalty Award. One of the best to ever wear a @DrakeWBB uniform and it might have been the funniest acceptance speech I have ever heard! #brinksbench

[Ted Van Deventer @vandeventert]

@jrburns As well as they played at home vs Missouri State I agreed! #playingame

[Tommy Birch @TommyBirch]

Lisa Brinkmeyer was a six-on-six high school basketball icon and a star for the Drake women’s basketball team.

As she faces her biggest opponent yet, she’s making sure her legacy lives on for years.

[Ted Van Deventer @vandeventert]

@Hassel_Chris Doing a little double duty at the @DrakeWBB basketball game?

[Ted Van Deventer @vandeventert]

@BadgersBallKnow I had to look it up but the last time the Badgers beat the Hawkeyes was 2001. 23 straight losses, but yeah, tell me how bad Caitlin is…troll away. Almost as bad as two other Wisconsinites Sam Logic and Megan Gustafson.

[Valley Volleyball @WDMValleyVB]

Great shirts, great cause, great person. To @lmbrinkmeyer and @vandeventert we’re definitely bench warmers and proud to be part of your team of support!

[Drake Women's Hoops @DrakeWBB]

Brink’s Bench out in full force to welcome her home after her last day of radiation!

[Ted Van Deventer @vandeventert]

@RobVarak @ProgPro I am offended by the accuracy. 🙋🏻‍♂️Most…well more like some of Infinite Jest.

[Ted Van Deventer @vandeventert]

@ChadLeistikow This reminds me of when we lost to ISU in mens and womens basketball and lost in the Big Ten title game in football in December. Tough feeling. Still proud to be a Hawkeye!

[Ted Van Deventer @vandeventert]

@JordanBo_3 An all-time great Hawkeye moment!!!
