#AssamRifles organised a “Rubaru” session for families at Jalukie, Peren District, Nagaland, focusing on emotional well-being under the theme “Apne Jazbaaton ko Samjhana.” Conducted by Dr. Vandini Setia, the session highlighted the importance of emotional awareness, creativity and empathy in building resilience. A total of 34 families participated, engaging in interactive discussions and learning practical strategies for emotional well-being. #AssamRifles organised a counselling session for families under the Rubaru initiative in Dimapur, Nagaland on 15 April 2026. The programme, themed “Mera wazood, suno meri awaaz” was conducted by psychology counsellor Dr. Vandini Setia, who addressed the significant topic of Read my emotions. A total of 32 families attended the session.
