Hey! @XfinitySupport We would really like to watch Titans game ! Our service has been interrupted at least 10 times. Can’t you do repairs in the middle of the night? Our internet and cable have gone off between 12:30 and 3:30 every day for the last 2 weeks. Ridiculous!

@XfinitySupport Come on Comcast! This is ridiculous! Our cable hast frozen three times during Titans game. It is out now. You can’t be doing work at the same time every day in our area for two weeks. There are no trucks around here!
