Incredible performance by Manhattan Christian's Jadyn VanDyken at the Top 10 Meet in Laurel today. She won the 100, 200, 400 & TJ. Broke her own school records in 100 & 200, set a new school record in 400 and helped the 4x400 relay set a school record.

XC: Manhattan Christian's Jadyn VanDyken broke the school record for a 5K at Headwaters Invitational in Three Forks today. The junior, who is first-year XC runner, posted a time of 20:05 to shatter the old record by 1 minute, 14 seconds. She also placed second at the meet.
