@AirCanada Need urgent help. I was overcharged for baggage — $173 CAD deducted instead of $37 (no temporary hold, full amount taken).

My order number of 1314328283 despite of having paid full amount in advance, I was promised home delivery, there is no way to get in touch with your customer service people. There is no human being to answer.
