@Fly_Norwegian It's been 10 days and the passengers of DY7015 still don't have their bags. If you guys are not planning to do any actual effort besides giving excuses and fake promises do you mind just let me know where exactly are the bags?I'll just go get them myself.

@Fly_Norwegian Btw havenβt mentioned the horrible treatment we received. Dumped us at Washington DC with no food, no accommodation, no transportation back to NYC. And now not even our luggages. Well, thanks a lot.
@Fly_Norwegian None of the passengers of DY7015 can get their luggages, no updates from you guys at all and apparently the customer service number does not work. Thank you for ruining my holiday Norwegian Air.
@tom_vickers84 @Fly_Norwegian Hi there! I was on the same flight and yesterday when I got back to jfk I went to ask the staffs from Norwegian airline. Apparently our luggages went back to London along with the plane and are gonna come back to jfk in a few days.
