🚨 An 18-year-old who raped a young girl in a park when he was just 15 has WALKED FREE with a suspended sentence.
Owen Wilson was given two years suspended, 250 hours of unpaid work, and placed on the sex offenders register for 10 years after admitting the rape at Newcastle Crown Court.
The victim reported what happened the very next day.
This is yet another case where a rapist avoids real prison time.

Update in case with ChudtheBuilder and Josh Fox.
Here are details shared with me today about the shooting incident involving Dalton Eatherly (aka ChudtheBuilder) and Joshua Fox while I was at the Montgomery County courthouse for the hearing that is now rescheduled for next Wednesday. This information was given to me by someone familiar with the investigation and I’m hustling relaying what I was told:
- A little after 1:00pm on May 13, 2026, Joshua Fox and his spouse (wife I believe) had walked into view of cameras outside of the courthouse and were standing next to a planter.
- A few minutes later, Dalton comes walking into view from the opposite side of the building and walked right up to Fox and his spouse while streaming and stood next to them. Apparently it looked like he approached them intentionally.
- Fox was there for a court case. Dalton had NOT shown up for his civil hearing for a debt collection earlier that day. Hence why he was armed outside the courthouse.
- After Dalton walked up to Fox, a conversation happened.
- Then Dalton walked around and back towards them.
- Another verbal interaction occurs, and Dalton starts to walk away.
- While holding his camera up and talking to it, keeping Fox and his spouse in frame, he continues talking while walking away. Fox may have mentioned something about his PTSD during this timeframe.
***We’ve seen Dalton do this multiple times where he walks away, yelling racist rhetoric, continuing to antagonize while not facing them but keeping them in view of the camera***
- Fox gets up and walks toward Dalton, making the hand motion to “walk away”/“get out of here” to Dalton.
- Dalton turns around towards Fox and as he turns, puts the selfie stick in his other hand and reaches into his coat pocket on the outside of his jacket.
- At some point in this timeframe, Fox lays his vape on the ground nearby.
- Dalton’s gun gets hung up in his pocket as he’s trying to pull it out.
- Fox, thinking it was the bear spray that he’s seen Dalton use on others according to the source, punched Dalton (in defense of what I can presume he thought was a threat), keeping Dalton from spraying him and the struggle breaks out.
***Fox is a veteran and you’re taught to neutralize a threat. So, the action makes sense to me - my analysis***
- Dalton, finally able to get the gun out of his pocket, starts shooting Fox at close range, striking Fox multiple times, while also hitting buildings nearby, and also shooting himself in the arm.
This is important context because if true, that means Dalton wasn’t just walking away. He was walking and potentially still antagonizing Fox and his spouse with his back towards Fox and recording (like looking into a rear view mirror).
If all of this turns out to be the true events of what occurred, then the case for self-defense would be extremely weak here, especially given that the “proportionality” aspect of self-defense, which is where your response must be reasonable and appropriate to the threat you face. Given Dalton’s size and most likely antagonizing, and Fox being unarmed, then the case can be made that the proportionality of Dalton’s defense did not match the threat.
Hence why Fox was never charged and Dalton was. One man armed and antagonizing; the other man not armed and acted in defense to neutralize what he saw as a threat.
These are the details given to me and to the best of my recollection given that you cannot have your phone out in the courtroom.

Racists will tell you a white America is safer. Except you’ll probably get raped.
In Escambia County Florida you’re 3x more likely to be pulled over if you’re black.
ALSO… in Escambia County Florida… they find twice the drugs and guns on WHITES during traffic stops.
We could really clean the streets up if we started pulling over whites.
Here is a photo of the pedo rapist Adam Dean Hoffman leaving jail. Trump-endorsee Ken Paxton let him off with only a 60 day jail sentence. This despicable child fucker doesn't even have to stop PRACTICING LAW
🚨 An Uber driver has been charged with raping an 18-year-old woman after picking her up from a graduation party.
According to prosecutors, the driver raped the young woman during the ride. The case is now under investigation.
This kind of incident reveals a deeper problem with how rideshare companies operate.
These platforms have built highly profitable businesses by keeping driver screening relatively light and shifting most of the safety risk onto passengers. Once a driver is approved, real accountability is limited, leaving riders particularly young women traveling alone at night exposed to serious danger.
What makes this especially concerning is that companies have long had the tools and data to improve safety, yet meaningful reforms have been slow. When harm occurs, the consequences for the platform are often minimal, while victims are left to navigate the aftermath. This imbalance suggests that passenger safety remains secondary to growth and operational efficiency.
Until rideshare companies face real pressure to prioritize safety over speed and scale, these risks will persist. The current model rewards volume, not protection.
What concrete changes should rideshare companies be required to make to actually reduce the risk of drivers harming passengers?
🚨 A Waco attorney originally charged with continuous sexual abuse of a young child was released early after serving just 29 days for “good behavior”
Adam Hoffman pleaded guilty to reduced misdemeanor charges and was sentenced to 60 days.
He walked free after less than a month and is not required to register as a sex offender.
This case highlights how serious charges against children can get significantly reduced.

Chud The Builder’s “Self-Defense” claim is out the window.
Full breakdown of today’s Bond Hearing for Dalton Eatherly aka ChudtheBuilder.
Notes of interest:
- Dalton lied about reaching for Mace when he actually reached for his gun. There was no mace found anywhere at the scene, on Dalton, or in his vehicle. The mace was confiscated during the Nashville arrest.
- According to video surveillance and witness testimony, Dalton approached Fox first while live-streaming. Fox was there for a child support hearing, which directly disputes misinformation about Fox searching for Dalton. After a verbal altercation, Dalton walked away and Fox approached him and Dalton turned around in a bladed stance and reached for his gun in his jacket pocket. The physical altercation happened then. Fox did NOT physically attack Dalton first, again disputing misinformation spread on this app.
- Airline tickets to Istanbul, Turkey were found that were dated for tomorrow. bulletproof vest, a rifle, a shotgun, ammunition and a suspected bag of marijuana. They also recovered Eatherly’s electronic devices for evidence.
- Body camera footage from the day of the shooting was also played. In it, Eatherly told an officer, “He hit me, started wailing on me and I had to defend myself.” The officer noted that Eatherly did not mention any threats at that time. Dalton lied since it has been established that Fox never hit him until after Dalton drew his weapon, after approaching Fox first. This most likely will negatively impact Dalton’s self-defense claim.
- Bond was reduced to $1 million, with the judge ordering that Dalton’s crowdfunding money cannot be used for bond. If Dalton does somehow bond out, he has to wear a GPS monitor, must relinquish all weapons and firearms, and will be under a gag order with no interviews or social media activity about the incident. Also, Dalton’s passport application process would be stopped, and rescinded if it has been issued.
There’s a lot more here and it doesn’t look good for Dalton, especially because several of Dalton’s livestream clips and social media posts were shown in court. I know investigators have subpoenaed for the livestream to be released as part of the investigation.
