@AmericanAir AA has ruined my bachelorette trip. On our first flight to SDQ AA 1481, our flight was also delayed over 3 hours which caused us to miss a whole day in our trip. So disappointed with the service and never flying American ever again.

@AmericanAir Yes. We had a delay due to a missing safety pamphlet. 3 hours later we find out that we no longer need the safety pamphlet to fly and have been waiting for absolutely no reason.
