@vitality_uk sort the app out. Can't get past login screen, so cant play the dog game, so missed last week's chance for a free dog. These rewards used to just be there if I did enough exercise. Now just feel annoyed, not rewarded. Can't get through to a human on whatsapp either
@Vitality_UK Every Monday when i log into the Vitality app to "find Stanley", i feel belittled and ridiculed by Vitality. Utter utter garbage. Fewer rewards, more time wasted and adults made to feel small. Surely this is a joke
@Shark34@Vitality_UK Not sure what is "fun and engaging" about working hard for points and it then being left up to chance as to whether you get a reward or not! Never had an Amazon voucher and it's not even working for me this week (so no chance this month either then) You're one up on me @shark34!

@Vitality_UK Hi. Seems the health review is not working for me on the app or the website. That dog feels like one of the family, I see it so often. Also, I can't seem to generate a new headspace code. (Best way to look after mental health is to avoid your website altogether tho!)
@JonesBootmaker Sent my daughter into the BSE store today to get a refund. She had the item, the receipt and my card but the store refused because the card isn't hers. For years, my husband & I have been taking each other's items back - no issues! Is this usual for your stores?

They'll tell me its fixed and, I guarantee, sometime over the bank holiday weekend, it'll be broken again!! ๐ ๐คฃ The fixes come, granted, but so does the next system fallover. I likewise appreciate that the CS team are just trying to manage it as best they can.

@AcaciaBegley@duolingo In fairness, maybe others around me were working hard too, and theirs also wasn't updating. I guess I'll never know if it was a fair demotion. Sadly, it denied me the opportunity to continue to fight rather than assume I'd be safe... But no response from @duolingo is pretty poor.
