@marcus I have been patient since Tuesday and am in breach of a contract because of these delays… your agents have advised they cannot expedite or amend errors they made in processing my wire request
@ZahraHussa98517@GoldmanSachs Couldn’t agree more! @marcus will not even dispute a wire they sent incorrectly without waiting 7-10 business days and cycles wasted … worst bank ever! And I thought Bank of America was horrible… Marcus is worse
I sent a direct message and called back for the 500th time in 4 days only to be told that you cannot do anything to help and that it would take another 1-3 business days … is there anyone at @GoldmanSachs that can escalate?
@GoldmanSachs specifically the HYSA through Marcus… I have been dealing with horrible customer service since Monday when I initiated a transfer to my personal checking account … somehow no one can locate where my money went??? Who can help with this?
