@ianhanomansing My eldest is 22 yrs old, just graduated. She & her partner simply can't afford to move out, pay rent, afford their cars (a must for their work) and also save a dwnpymnt. So, we support them while they get fulltime careers off the ground and save 4 a house. There's no option.

@AmieVarley I had exact same experience! My GP retired, gave practice to another doc. About 6 months later got an email saying she left and the practice went to a 3rd GP. When I finally got thru to set an appt I was told my fam of 5 were dropped. It was stressful & MPP didn't help.

@andrewjwgraham That could build A LOT of tiny homes, compact houses, apartments or other dwellings. Hopefully the bylaws holding back this creativity will become a little more flexible? (like other Ont cities allow)
