There are surgeons all over the UK with one shared list per week. Maybe even one shared list per fortnight.

They can operate much more than that but there aren’t the theatres, wards, ICU and nursing.

@ClaaareKirwan Training doctors have to pay for exam, course and membership fees too. I had to fork out 2/3 of my monthly salary for an exam I will be sitting in a few weeks 🥲
