What defines an “owned” sub?

I think the term “owned” is being thrown around so often but how do you define it?

For me, to call a sub “my owned sub” he must fulfill a few criteria:

1. Has served me consistently for at least 6 months to a year and send tribute regularly.

2. Has one or more of my “branding” on him, whether it’s my sigil, a collar, a chastity cage I appointed him to wear, etc.

3. Must follow a strict routine of worshipping me daily. Has an altar of me in his space.

4. Dedicate himself to me and me only. Meaning he is not allowed to have any romantic relationship with other women, including in his vanilla life, nor is he allowed to serve another domme beside me.

5. Has pleased me financially, sexually, physically, mentally and spiritually. Must be someone I can connect with on every level.

And this is just the surface. Of course every domme might have different definition of an owned sub. This is purely from my perspective and lens.
