An officer of @FRSCNigeria walks in to the officer @ a few minutes to 11am. Another frustrated customer asked her a question and she retorted "I am just coming in, as you can see I have not even finished wearing my uniform". @FRSCNigeria @ServicomOffice kindly look into this.

@FRSCNigeria officers are on their phones taking calls. When I ask for information with regards what is going on, someone here called "Engineer" told me to take my form and leave. He then informs me that I can come back @ a date suitable to me.
