@HotpointUK @HotpointSupport I fear I will palmed off, yet again. Every system I have tried thus far, has not worked. I’ve been attempting to rectify this for far too long. As an apparent reputable and professional company, this is not acceptable.

@HotpointUK @HotpointSupport shocking customer service! Cancelled a repair, and yet it’s impossible to rearrange! Continuously hanging up and the online chat system does not work, at all! It should not take over 2 hours to rectify a mistake YOU have made.

I have finally closed my classroom doors until the New Year & I have 2 weeks off. However, I will spend my leave with my head in my laptop WORKING, because the new term isn’t going to plan itself. Make it make sense🙃
