Nothing new. It’s 2026, but the tactics seem straight out of 2016. The video is from Kanhaiya Kumar’s court hearing at Patiala House, where lawyers allegedly assaulted him and journalists. A decade later, the question remains: have the tactics changed, or are we witnessing the same old playbook all over again? Later in a sting operation, lawyers admitted on camera that they beat him for nearly three hours, forced him to chant slogans, and claimed that security (police and court staff) stood by without intervening. In this clip, Kanhaiya gives his statement, while senior lawyers confront the police over their inaction.
