BREAKING: Donald Trump gets slammed with a fresh scandal as a video leaks showing him on a call with RFK Jr. endorsing unhinged conspiracy theories about vaccines.
This was never meant to see the light of day...
The video, posted on social media by RFK Jr.'s son Bobby Kennedy III, shows the presidential candidate speaking to Trump on the phone the day after the attempted assassination.
Trump can be heard talking about vaccine doses for children and saying that high volumes leads to "you see the baby all of a sudden starting to change radically.”
"When you feed a baby, Bobby, a vaccination that is, like, 38 different vaccines and it looks like it’s been for a horse. Not a, you know, 10-pound or 20-pound baby," Trump said. "And then you see the baby all of a sudden starting to change radically. I’ve seen it too many times."
Trump also implied that immunization schedules for children are ineffective, saying: "And then you hear it doesn’t have an impact, right?"
The video was quickly deleted and RFK Jr. — a noted anti-vaxxer himself — apologized to Trump for the damaging video being released.
"When President Trump called me, I was taping with an in-house videographer. I should have ordered the videographer to stop recording immediately. I am mortified that this was posted. I apologize to the president," stated Kennedy.
Trump is clearly anti-vax himself, which explains at least partially why he did such a historically disastrous job of managing the COVID-19 pandemic when he was president. This man cannot be allowed back into power.
