Whenever you feel attacked, whether by random people online, or in real life, for spreading the truth, always remember Jesus' words;
Mark 8:35
"For whoever wants to save their life will lose it, but whoever loses their life for me and for the gospel will save it."
@TeamYouTube I hate to keep inquiring but I'm starting to have trouble with my Gmail accounts because of this. I just want the situation to be resolved, it's already been said I didn't violate any rules. I'd like to stop getting punished and having to send appeals due to the situation.
Hi @TeamYouTube — My channel
https://t.co/0ALBwvT0NA was terminated on 9/30. The appeal was denied referencing hate speech.
I've never preached hate and I've been always been a Christian content creator and it's now causing my other channels to be terminated.
@TeamYouTube Hi, just checked today and the channels are still terminated.
For further clarification, they were terminated automatically for 'circumvention' due to the termination of the channel you reinstated.
Because it was overturned the circumvention should no longer apply to them.
@TeamYouTube Those should be all, however I have a few other channels that aren't currently terminated that I fear may also get terminated for the same reason
@TeamYouTube To add more info, I just had another channel linked to the email terminated for 'circumvention.' Seeing as the termination is overturned I believe these 'circumventions' should be overturned.
@TeamYouTube Hello, thank you so much! I don't want to be to much of an extra bother but my channels that got terminated for 'circumvention' due to this termination will be reinstated as well correct?
When you’re doing marketing for your company/brand always remember everyone is retarded, millions of people tune into moistcritikal videos.
Took awhile to learn this, just starting to fully realize it.
I had to much faith in humanity.
I don’t find either rebuttals very strong, the original post you made was trying to explain how denying Muhammad would entail he’s a genius. I’m providing explanations for how Muhammad could of came to the conclusions he did.
So it’s not a post-hoc fallacy I’m not saying simply because it’s after it’s caused.
It’s more like which I find a bit ironic, the gnostics wrote the apocrypha, and wrote very specific things that would then be repeated by Muhammad (interestingly there are Arabic manuscripts of some of these apocrypha). What does this mean for the gnostics?
The same thing is essentially being said in the video you sent about Muhammad being right, the arguments applied in the video can be used by a Gnostic.
I don’t think these lines of argumentation involving scientific facts or properly accounting historical facts are convincing because we then start getting a bunch of different religions and views involved. So we end up having to look at epistemology and which one makes the most sense.
The central claim of Christianity is Jesus’ resurrection and the central claim of Islam is Muhammad’s prophethood.
This will be super reductionistic but Jesus’ resurrection is the most probable conclusion from the historical facts we can gather using the historical method free of assuming divine inspiration. The Quran comes along and changes the whole narrative in a way that would never be taken seriously if using the historical method, you would have to presuppose the Quran going into the situation.
That alone I find to be a serious issue, and not one regarding an Old Testament story that isn’t central to the faith, it’s the most consequential event for the namesake of Christianity.
We’re also told in the Quran Muhammad would have his aorta severed if he made up a message from God, that is how he died. And we even see this in the “Satanic verses.”
Understanding the Quran says the Gospel and Torah are valid (I know it’s a common argument to say it was corrupted but that takes some wild assumptions to get to, seems ad hoc to me)
Moses wrote any prophet making a message in the name of another God should be put to death. Which is what Muhammad did with his satanic verses.
These 2 compounded with the question of the resurrection makes it seem highly, highly improbable that Muhammad is a true prophet unless God trolled us.
I will admit Muhammad did do something impressive, but there’s been other cult leaders albeit at a smaller scale.
The points about theology and what not are pretty weak though, Islam is Christianity and Judaism with a few bells and whistles, a lot of the things said in the Quran are repeated from the Bible and interestingly the Apocrypha.
So you're telling me you don't wanna get married, have 6 kids, move to the country, buy a homestead, get baby cows, grow our own food, drink raw milk all day and live happily ever after?
