@KLM@AirFranceFR Dear airline. Not loading a suitcase can happen. But how difficult is it to load it on the next airplane to AMS ? More than a dozen of plains flying daily between AMS-CDG. It is now almost 38 hours my suitcase is moving from one site to the other site of CDG.
@ArloEU @DJohnson_06 That is the normal process. Happens to me also. But know it has nothing to do with arlo. First reaction. It is all the customers fault. A simple working ticket system is also not the priority for arlo. Everyone is stupid except arlo. Right !
@ArloEU welcome to the great customer service. 2 months of discussing via tickets and not willing to understand of a problem which is in your own company. Final solution. Arlo closed the ticket without any resolution. That is the great customer service of arlo ! #arlo#fail

Already 1 1/2 month having a ticket open for support. Arlo support has extremely difficulties to read the topic again and again. In stead of a solution you get standard process answers and no solution. Great service, not #arlo#fail
