@OSInet@pluralsight I don't have a newer version of that course at the moment, but I am planning on creating a course that combines protocol buffers and grpc early next year.
@goinggodotnet I wouldn't put that in the main article - it could confuse the point(s) you're trying to make. A follow-on commentary might be interesting, though. That could speak to the dissonance that you feel between Rust and Go without distracting from your original goal.
@dcrainmakerblog have you ever considered reviewing the ENGO or ENGO 2 hud glasses? I've been using them since Christmas and they're pretty neat. (Not affiliated with them, just sharing a cool find)

@ShawnWildermuth If you want something cool, try Brahmastra. It's a Bollywood flick, but watching it made me wish that the MCU was more like it. And there are dance numbers!
I honestly haven't thought about this video in over a year. Stumbled back across it this morning and have been reading through the comments. It's humbling to realize that I've been able to help almost a million people with this project.

@ar_arunprasad@MaximilienAld@val_deleplace That's what it looks like to me as well. I suspect the compiler evaluates the initial assignments to determine what type to assign.
@strydrunning the app has stopped syncing to connected accounts and isn't allowing me to reconnect to them. Any ideas? V8.9.17 on Android. Trying to sync to Garmin, TrainingPeaks, and Starava.
I'm thrilled to announce the release of my latest course for @pluralsight. It is the most comprehensive introduction to #golang that I've ever put together. Feel free to check it out: https://t.co/P2nFaBpQxJ
@freeformz Agreed. Personally, I think they've nailed the races - elves ARE aloof jerks, dwarves are rude, and hobbit (er... harfoots) are, well, what they are. I can't wait to see where this goes.
@freeformz It's reinterpreting and reading a lot into fairly brief sections of Silmarillion. You almost can't do that with anything Tolkien and not inspire hate. I've really enjoyed them though.
@alanfjackson @John_Papa@DamianoMe Fair. We use it only for immediate family so that I can provide instant tech support. Worked great for establishing secure comms with the littles though - no drama about them getting into larger social media outlets before we were ready.
