On November 4th (today) at noon, WeTV and Headliner required us to strictly avoid using logos with dual-person imagery, the word "smartboom," and any videos showing the two people in the same frame. We revised and resubmitted the new video according to these requirements, but it was still rejected.
Therefore, the dual-person video broadcast scheduled for the 4th has been suspended. It will resume on the 5th and be extended by one day, running through the 10th.
Thanks to everyone for walking this journey with us. Hope all auralis will enjoy this video.

These actions of the company make Auralis seem like a joke. Just because CP fans genuinely love the artists, they can be ignored and trampled on like this. The gifts and money are accepted, yet the fans' names are not allowed to appear.

To All Fans,
Today, we are filled with immense indignation and disappointment as we bring you the latest update on our third support event. We sternly condemn the breach of faith and malicious actions by the organizing company and HDL Company.
Here is a detailed account of the events: Yesterday, our site delivered the complete "money flower" support item to the organizing company. Today, after the items were brought to the venue, the organizer suddenly informed us: "We already bring to the event. But we need to turn around the photo of your fandom name. Due to we just received the condition from Boom's company. Sorry for this situation" (See Image 1). We immediately and explicitly rejected this unreasonable demand, firmly stating that the support items must display our fandom logo in full, otherwise we would withdraw all "money flowers" immediately. The organizing company agreed on the spot and subsequently provided a photo showing our fandom logo visibly and correctly displayed (See Image 2).
However, it is infuriating that upon obtaining actual footage from the event venue, we discovered that all support items and cards bearing our fandom logos had been completely removed. Peripheral supports, including the duo logo and the "Auralis" insignia, were thoroughly dismantled where possible, and maliciously concealed where removal was not feasible. Their prior promises were rendered utterly empty.
Throughout the preparation and delivery period, we proactively inquired with the organizing company on multiple occasions regarding specific requirements for displaying the support items. Each time, they replied that there were no restrictions. Yet, after the items entered the venue and were beyond our real-time oversight, they suddenly cited "requirements from HDL Company" as a reason to forcibly demand the covering of our identifiers. Furthermore, after promising to retain the logos, they secretly and arbitrarily disposed of the support items. This duplicitous behavior—acting one way to our faces and another behind our backs—is a blatant trampling of the fans' efforts and heartfelt sentiments, and a complete abandonment of fundamental contractual good faith.
Fan support carries the most sincere love and backing for the artist; it is absolutely not a tool to be manipulated or arbitrarily spoiled at will. The disgraceful conduct of the organizing company and HDL Company, which shows a disregard for fan sentiment and intentionally sabotages the fruits of fan support, has not only deeply disappointed the vast majority of fans but is also continuously depleting the artist's public trust and general goodwill. This constitutes a severe irresponsibility towards the artist's long-term future. We hereby issue our strongest condemnation!
Currently, we have urgently contacted the relevant personnel and are making every effort to retrieve the "money flowers" and other support items. The love of fans is never a bottomless pit, nor should it be so recklessly exploited. We resolutely oppose all actions that harm fan sentiment and disregard the artist's development. We will keep everyone informed of any subsequent developments at the earliest opportunity.

Boom did this, Smart did that, enough already. Seriously, shut it for a moment.
This was one of the two poses I personally asked for my polaroid photo. Before Smart placed his arm on my head, he actually said, “I’m sorry.” Let that sink in. He didn’t do it out of habit or carelessness, he apologized first. That’s who he is.
It’s not that I’m special or that he said it only to me. Smart simply has his own clear sense of what’s right and what’s respectful. If your request is a little weird but still within reason, he’ll go along with it, but only because he’s kind and professional.
Also, let me make one thing clear, during the 1v1 photos on stage, not a single pose was awkward or inappropriate. Everyone was respectful and kept a proper distance. Fans knew how to behave, and the atmosphere was healthy and polite.
So here’s my friendly but serious reminder: think before you act. The way fans behave sets the tone of every event. You have full control over how comfortable or awkward the atmosphere becomes. No company or organizer should have to step in and tell you what’s appropriate, you have a brain, use it. For anyone who wasn’t there, stop making assumptions and accusing an artist over one small moment taken out of context.
Make your moment with your favorite artist something to smile about, not something questionable. Respect them, respect yourself, and know your limits.
I’m honestly tired of seeing people lose all sense right after every event. It’s not passion anymore, it’s a mental fart, and it ruins the good things for everyone else.
