@British_Airways your customer service is shocking; you want to lose customers; this is your plan. For the 3rd time, at your request, I have called your customer service line and after 3 hours of my time I’m still no further forward. @VirginAtlantic here I come.
@British_Airways Perhaps just listen to the hours of call recordings and read the notes on my previous calls into your call centre and reply to those. You can access those from the booking reference.
@British_Airways Sadly Natalie you did not. You sent the same message again asking for references that I replied to previously - asking for the same detail I have in the message above…. That I have already replied too…
@British_Airways I have provided the required information in the message above - namely my full name, the booking reference I have, the date of travel and 3 of these - email address, names of other passengers and my passport number… what more do you need???
@SqSupportUK you are a disgrace. An update every 5 hours with no solution on our late payments is unacceptable. It’s the last day of the month and all of your clients need their funds. I am certain you have taken your fees. This needs to be sorted today.
