wanted to be sure it was official but i accepted an offer recently for a 90% increase in my salary. probably one of the most surreal moments of my life.

3) Offer to do something hard with them, e.g. cleaning house, finishing an assignment. Be careful when offering to do it for them, unless they are too depressed to move. Accomplishing small things draws me out of my depression. It may work for your loved one too. 💜
If you want to help a depressed friend, here are my suggestions:
1) Invite them out. My husband took me to a museum this weekend and it turned my week around. Way more effective than asking me if I want to "talk," and once we were out, I opened up.

this person reached out for their parents biz n he tried it and gave it a great review and the owner messg him saying they were struggling but since his review, they’ve been really busy.. and it made me emotional lol
