@unam_na Do you know that your Switboard operators & Student Support Desk, do not pick up calls when one wishes to do an enquiry? & once they do, they deliberately pick up & hang up immediately. Your Institution need to seriously look into this matter. Ridiculous!

Most if Not all Govt owned Entities are having rotten🥔. Ministries, Universities, Companies. Unfortunately being a bloody, lazy, rotten smelling employee is a trend in all Government Institutions. They can't even pick up a phone & answer. Few are working, Most are Rubbish!
