On 20 July 2023, Voice of the Afghan People, in collaboration with the Ministry of Information & Culture, organized the 10th Panjshir Mulberry Cultural Festival in Panjshir province. Over 1300 people, including cultural and civil activists, poets, and high-ranking local and national authorities, from Panjshir, Parwan, Kapisa, and Kabul provinces, attended the festival. Besides mulberry, the festival featured a book fair, theater, and poetry. Attendees said that the event gave them a sense of peace, respite, and space for expression.
