Today marks 10 years #SmokeFree for me! 🥳🥳🥳🥳 I never thought I would be smoke-free, let alone for a decade. At my average 30 cigarettes per day, that's 109,500 cigarettes NOT smoked, OMFG! #Vaping made it all possible. Nothing else helped for even 24 hours.

@MOH_TT Absolute rubbish. I was a dual user for years and have now quit completely.

As a dual user I smoked around half of the cigarettes I did before I started vaping.
