Excited for the new PAX FLOW vaporizer! First-ever redesign since the original in 2012. Previous models (PAX 2 '15, 3 '19, Plus '22) kept the signature bottom-load chamberâFLOW flips it to the side for easier loading/cleaning. Read my review: https://t.co/SRSuCKHkH5
DynaVap UniDyn Review â Great vape, questionable marketing
DynaVap dropped the UniDyn as their 2025 flagship, plus the BallR cap, which works with any DynaVap. Iâve tested it for a few weeks â hereâs the rundown.
Notes:
- Also published on my website, and my YouTube channel. (https://t.co/7FVqf7Tncx)
- Best price: https://t.co/macfucd8SU â 10% off with coupon VG10 (https://t.co/raz2UUm5dJ)
Design:
Itâs classic DynaVap: cap, condenser, and a body thatâs now fused with the chamber (hence âUniâ). The bodyâs titanium, super light at under 5g. They claim a 0.1g chamber, but I could only fit about half that, even packing tight â which you shouldnât do with convection vapes.
Loose packs work best, so 0.1g feels like a stretch. The stainless steel screen has a half-bowl option, but I didnât bother â condenserâs too short to adjust it, and thereâs no instructions (QR codeâs useless).
Condenser
Titanium, with just two o-rings. They say sliding it adjusts airflow, but I felt no difference â pure gimmick.
BallR Cap
This capâs got tiny steel balls that rattle inside, storing heat for better extraction. Works with all 0.1g DynaVaps. Itâs solid, but hereâs the catch â DynaVapâs calling it a âball vape.â Real ball vapes (like Ruby Twist or MiniNail) are big desktop convection beasts. The UniDynâs not that. Theyâre hijacking the term, dominating Google searches, and pushing out legit ball vape makers. Questionable move IMO.
Performance
Best DynaVap yet â great heat transfer and vapor when it works. But itâs battery-free, so youâre torching or using an induction heater (I used the Wand). No digital control means inconsistency: too cold (no vapor) or too hot (combustion). Portabilityâs meh â youâre lugging a heater around. When it clicks, itâs awesome; when it doesnât, itâs frustrating.
Bottom Line
Newbies, skip this â get a Venty or Solo 3 for consistent heat. If youâre used to battery-free vapes, the UniDynâs a solid upgrade, especially with the new cap. Itâs great without the fluff: fake 0.1g chamber, useless airflow âfeature,â no instructions, and that âball vapeâ nonsense. Still a good vape, just not what theyâre hyping.
Dr. Dabber Switch 2 Long Term Review (1500 Sessions later..)
Been using the Dr. Dabber Switch 2 for four months nowâ1500+ sessions with all kinds of concentrates, back-to-back dabs, you name it. This e-rigâs been fully tested. Hereâs my take: three things I love, one I donât, and how it stacks up to the Puffco Peak Pro.

What I Love:
Design- Polarizing lookâsome hate it, I dig it. Reminds me of a kitchen gadget, but itâs practical.- Magnetic carb cap snaps on with a glass stem and ball jointâdirects airflow perfectly, rivals Puffcoâs Joystick cap. Still, the Bomb Sykloudâs fidget-spinner design is my 2025 fave (review linked).- Bubblerâs a gemâpush it out (not pull, Redditâs learned this the hard way). Hidden perk: it spins 360°, so I set mine at a 45° angle for variety.- Quartz bowl + titanium chamber with an induction coil around it. Heats differently than Peak Proâs embedded coilâkeeps the bowl separate from the heat source. Check my full review for the deep dive.
Easy, Cheap Maintenance- 1400 dry sessions (no water in the bubbler), only cleaned the airpath 2-3 times. Swabbing with glob mops (linked) after each dab keeps it pristine.- Bought an extra bubbler + carb capâswap âem out while cleaning the dirty pair.- Quartz doesnât chazz like Puffcoâs ceramic. Ceramicâs porous, so oils seep in and burn at high temps (500-600°F+), staining it. Quartz? Non-porous, wipes clean, looks new after 1400 uses. No replacements needed unless you break itâunlike Puffcoâs $100 chamber swaps.
Consistent Performance- Small dabs, big dabs, low temps, high temps, wet or dryâit never falters. No burnt oil, no off flavors, no glitches.- Real-time temp control keeps it steady regardless of load or inhale styleâmatches Peak Proâs reliability. Same dab, same temp = same result every time.- Appâs solid (like Puffcoâs, though theirs is more polished). Custom settings, updates, all there.
What Bugs Me:
- Power button and battery indicators are on the back. Why? I have to twist it to check the levelâshould be front-facing. Or ditch the button entirely for a long-press start like Peak Pro. Small gripe, but itâs annoying
Vs. Puffco Peak Pro:
- Both $420 kits. Switch 2 pulls ahead with:
- Quartz durability = lower long-term cost (Peak Proâs ceramic needs replacing).
- Hot knife included (Puffco charges $50 extra).
- Performance is neck-and-neck, but Switch 2âs maintenance edge + extras win.

Bottom Line:
Switch 2 is my top concentrate vape for 2025. Ties Peak Pro in performance, beats it on upkeep and value.
The new Puffco Peak is a stripped-down version of the Peak Pro that is also around half its price. I went through over a hundred dabs with this rig, and in this post, I'll review its features, compare it to the Peak Pro. Feel free to ask anything: https://t.co/O3HNXejkih
The Pulsar APX eRig is large, sturdy, and has a high power output. It features exceptionally thick glass components, contributing to an overall sensation of premium build and craftsmanship. The coil is on the smaller side, but it does a great job of not burning the dabs, and the flavor is good great throughout the entire session. Read my full review here: https://t.co/aB5UGGIInx

The Ooze Duplex 2 is a dual-use vape for 510 carts and dabs. It has a powerful 900mAh battery which has a 510 thread and is compatible with all carts. It conceals the carts discreetly and has four temp levels. It is also compatible with dabs and comes with two ceramic attachments- one to use as a dab pen and one as a nectar straw. When compared to pricier options like (looking at you- DaVinci ARTIQ,) it delivers a stronger battery, more flexibility, and temperature options, making it the superior choice.
