NO VOTE PROTEST: Residents of Thipanana in Kavango East have refused to vote at the Tipanana Junior Primary School polling station, which has so far seen fewer than 10 voters today. Many residents formed a group just outside the school, standing their ground, saying they are not casting their vote due to unmet service delivery promises, including electricity, which has not been delivered despite sending letters to the authorities.
