At last ICICI has accepted what I said in 2007

Background :
If Money is not dispensed by ATM, but debited from my Account, it takes few days (in 2007) to be credited back. But, During that period, ICICI did not count that amount for my Monthly Average Balance / Quarterly Average Balance.

My Demand :
When It is ICICI ATM which did not dispense the cash, that money is within your bank. Hence, it has to be counted to wards MAB or QAB.

They have finally accepted that :)
