The classic double bind. Decelerationists hold the stick: “If you say this stick is real, I’ll beat you with it. If you say this stick is not real, I’ll beat you with it. If you say nothing, I’ll beat you with it.” Escape the impossible dilemma by grabbing and breaking the stick. Shatter the constraints and accelerate. e/acc.

@MattGialich Not good. Agree, but scarcity will drive up price eventually. Especially when we have abundance of rare metals from mining asteroids and such.

This is why materials like wood will become extremely valuable. Until we discover another planet with wood.

Does anybody have a rule of thumb on significant discounts for your first users to get people to try out your platform?

I’ve seen like 50% off for life and stuff to acquire first user base with extremely low friction.

The right to repair guys want silkscreen markings like this where they ID the parts directly on the PCB so that they don't need look up documentation to repair it.

Six years ago today…A dead battery, a longboard, a bottle of cran-raspberry, and Fleetwood Mac’s “Dreams.” That’s all it took. No bit, no brand deal, just a morning commute that made a hard year feel lighter. Mick Fleetwood got on a board for it. The song charted again. People are still riding that same stretch of road in their heads.
Still vibing with you, Dogg. Aho.

The soylennial yelling at the camera doesn't pay off, and the edit isn't to the beat.

This edit actually sucks.

You're brainrotted so badly that you're entertained by strobe effects and partisan enough not to criticize it.

Here's what a good edit looks like:
