FASTag was introduced to reduce waiting time and ensure seamless travel, why are commuters still facing long queues at toll plazas across India? The aim seems defeated. Public continues to suffer fuel, time and productivity loss.

@EurekaForbes My RO complaint (CM-070226-66394349) is open since 7 Feb 2026. Despite multiple follow-ups, via email and phone calls the issue is still not resolved. The technician tried to fix the issue, but he was not able to resolve it, and the machine is still not repaired.
