The opposite of love is not hate. Hate is just love gone bad. The actual opposite of love is apathy. When you don't care a damn as to what happens to other person. #mood
This complete apathy towards the horrible tragedies & ordeals of the migrant workers and poor people stems from a much rooted, even celebrated mindset of urban India.
That the poor deserve it because they are lazy/non-meritorious by choice. [Thread]
Lessons from Mahabharata...
In Mahabharat, Karna asks Lord Krishna - "My mother left me the moment I was born. Is it my fault I was born an illegitimate child?
I did not get the education from Dhronacharya because I was considered not a Kshatriya.

“Kintu usse pehele, iss sabha mein upastit sabhi ko aapne maun hone ka dand milega. Yeh sharp hai Yagyaseni Draupadi ka...”
never seen any actor like Pooja in Indian television before. No matter how many times I watch the same scene, I always end up crying.

I never understood why Karna called Draupadi a veshya for having multiple husbands.
Didn't he have multiple wives? Many men did. What would you call a man who marries multiple women then?
Either one husband one wife like Rama and Sita, or choice for both genders. Agree?
Dont have an iota of sympathy with karna after today’s episode of abhimanyu being killed. He was as filthy as duryodhan & co. First draupadi’s insult n now this. He derved to die! 😡 #Mahabharat
