Yesterday call to my alternate no. From idea And say your replacement is free of cost, because your are not replace card under 3 month but when I go to Idea care say that is not possible. You pay 100% 70 rs. Charge.

@VodafoneIN Customer service is very bad, not proper answering to customer. I can say for complaint registration to executive but executive say complaint against executive is not possible. Very bad experience from @VodafoneGroup @Vodacom111 Vodafone network speed is very poor.
