Ask Claude to write concisely and to-the-point for future fresh sessions, and it’ll randomly mention stuff we rejected. Usually in ways that would make no sense for a fresh session following the path we actually decided on

@mattpocockuk @CurtisRummel Pretty much /wayfinder as the main workflow plus /grill-with-docs and /handoff used situationally is all I’ve ever needed.
Wonder if I’m missing out significantly by not using your skills as intended.

@mattpocockuk @CurtisRummel Do you also use /to-spec and /to-tickets when working with /wayfinder?
In my experience wayfinder creates tickets itself, and the map.md file sort of already works as a spec.
After that I open new sessions for each ticket with “/wayfinder {ticket relative path}”.
Works great!
