@AmericanAir I love how American Airlines response. I can always count on you to respond quickly. I also post the great things I like about American Airlines the people for service the admirals club. Lately this has been very disappointing. My flight just got delayed again.

@AmericanAir I could’ve taken JetBlue, which is 11 minutes out of my house from Fort Lauderdale. This will be becoming very disappointing.

@AmericanAir this is my third flight that has been delayed. The first two flights over the last six weeks led me to only have two hours of sleep. I drive an hour to Miami airport as a loyal American Airlines customer. I could’ve taken JetBlue out of Fort Lauderdale

@AmericanAir flight 695 from Dallas to Miami not only was several hours late when we finally land in Miami there’s no agent so we’re sitting on the plane. It’s 12:25 AM and I have a 7:19 AM flight with American again tomorrow morning. Not a great experience for a loyal member.
