Your face isn’t separate from your body.
If your lymph isn’t moving well, it often shows up in the face first:
• Puffiness
• Swelling
• Tension
• A less defined jawline
I gained height at the age of 25.
I don't fit through the doorframe anymore that I used to fit through.
You can do it too, at any age.
It wasn't longitudinal growth that made me 3cm taller, it was something different:
Fascia release + posture optimization + increase in bone mass
-> Tight fascia messes up your posture and walking pattern - resulting in lower height
-> Sitting all day will give you forward head posture
-> Sleeping on the belly won't allow the spine to properly decompress at night
-> A standard diet will lead to decreased bone mass instead of increased bone mass
As you can see, it comes down to the unhealthy habits of modern people.
Fix the habits -> fix the posture, release the fascia, decompress the spine and increase bone mass
