@TLRailUK on the (delayed) 16.31 from East Croydon to Cambridge, we've stopped at Alexandra Palace and the driver just tried to give an announcement but the speaker was terrible making the driver inaudible. Why has the train stopped?

@AvantiWestCoast We had been hoping to get the 20.21, but this train, the 18.21, 19.21 and 21.21 are all cancelled. I don't want to send you a DM I would like to know why these are all cancelled.

@TLRailUK There is also no option on the delay repay claim to get a full refund for my return ticket. I will not travel now as the next service won't get me to my destination for the time I needed to be there, but I have a return ticket. How do I claim a full refund?
