@GaursonsL @gaursons Gaur City -2, Greater Noida West is not properly managed. Eariler residents had to bear the pain of damaged roads for more than 2 years and now water logging. Not sure why the drains were not cleaned proactively.

@RailwaySeva Finally, the temperature of the coach has maintained and AC is now working fine. Thank you. Since, the AC was not working from Lko to Aligarh, then we should get a refund. We are not able to file TDR without GC. @AshwiniVaishnaw

@RailwaySeva @RailMinIndia - Tundla crossed, still staff is working on it. They are ignoring a written process to state that there is a AC failure, without which GC cannot be issued. Why they are not giving in written?

@RailwaySeva @RailMinIndia Etawah crossed, but still no resolution. The staff is working on it. Will the staff continue to work till we reach the destination? Till the staff declares AC failure (which they will not), TT will not be able to give GC. Hence, No TDR. What is this process?

@RailwaySeva Can you let me know what is the process to file TDR for AC failure without GC certificate, as this problem is for the entire coach and not just 1 person. The TT seems not interested to write GC for each passenger in the coach - 78 GC.
