Over 48hrs and still no response. All I get is a phone call saying you'll be in touch within 24hrs but then don't bother. For a new company deciding to partner with Flipkart that doesn't bother responding to customers is shameful.

Worst customer experience when checking in - nearly made me miss my flight, was shouted at, threatened on 3 occasions to be offloaded and was forced to pay 30K Rs to get onboard (essentially the price of my ticket) no wonder your rating has dropped
