​A close friend studying at IIT Bombay shared what was actually happened. The whole caste discrimination narrative being pushed online is completely made up.

​Turns out the guy was dealing with severe personal depression and heavy His family had put insane pressure on him, and he was struggling to cope with the emotional burnout.

​He was already at a breaking point, and getting caught during the exam was just the final trigger. It was a tragic personal breakdown caused by mental health struggles and family expectations,

but activists are shamelessly it to push their own agenda 🙏

A student at IIT Bombay dies by suicide.

Outrage against the IIT admin.

IIT clarifies that the student was caught using ChatGPT for answers during an exam, was counselled. He went to hostel and died by suicide.

Student's father suddenly realised that since last many months, his son was subjected to caste based abuses by Prof Doolla, the faculty who caught him cheating, and this caste based harassment was "under the directions of IIT director".

Politically suitable scenario, caste groups jump in. Dalit Politicians jump in, including those in power and speak against the professor.

The eminent and illustrious professor, with an impeccable career, is now subjected to a media trial, receives threats, faces calls to be hanged, and is booked under the SC/ST Atrocities Act.

The IIT director resign/forced to resign.

The Ministry of Education, under which IIT operates, does not utter a single word in support of the Prof Doolla who is being hounded simply for doing his job as per the laid down procedure.

On the contrary, IIT Bombay today apologized for its tweet about the cheating incident, stating that the cause of death remains under investigation.

Next, in all likelihood Professor Doolla will be sacrificed to calm the caste groups.

This country is beyond repair.

did my https://t.co/zANOEvvHvH at IIT Bombay and my PhD at IIT Delhi. I've been a professor for 14 years now. In 22 years of watching the IIT/IIIT system closely, I have never once witnessed a teacher discriminate against a student on the basis of caste.

During my https://t.co/zANOEvvHvH, most of us had no idea what caste our batchmates belonged to. Many of my close friends were SC/ST. We never discussed it. It never entered any conversation or decision. Not once. Our exposure to the humanities department was limited, though — the term "Brahmanical patriarchy" didn't even exist back then.

As a teacher, I don't ask a student's name before solving their doubt. Often I don't know their name at all — some of my classes have 300+ students. We treat them all the same. So does every colleague I know. So did every professor who taught me.

Social media has now filled vulnerable students' heads with a lot of manufactured grievance about caste discrimination that, in my experience, doesn't exist.

साहिल ने बाद में आत्महत्या कर ली। माँ-बाप ने पोस्टमार्टम के बाद भी शव नहीं लिया क्योंकि उन्हें न्याय चाहिए। न्याय पाने के लिए उन्होंने मोदी एक्ट की धाराएँ लगवा दीं प्रोफेसर पर।

एक लड़का आरक्षण से IIT पहुँचा। कम नंबर न आए, इसलिए चोरी कर रहा था। वह टॉपर बनना चाह रहा था। पर एक मनुवादी शिक्षक ने उसे कॉलेज के कानून बताए, सस्पेंड किया भी नहीं। उसने आत्महत्या कर ली।

क्या एक दलित को फोन ले जाने अनुमति नहीं होनी चाहिए? क्या ऐतिहासिक प्रताड़ना के कारण उसको ओपन मोबाइल परीक्षा देने की अनुमति नहीं होनी चाहिए?

आज एक ब्राइट स्टूडेंट, जो जेट इंजन बना सकता था AI से पूछ कर, हमारे बीच इसलिए नहीं रहा क्योंकि उससे पहले ही चरण में रोक लिया गया। मोदी एक्ट इसीलिए बना ही है।

प्रोफेसर को फाँसी होनी चाहिए।

A professor who completed his studies in the USA and rose through merit decided to return to India and serve his country as a professor at IIT Bombay. He resigned from his position simply because he stopped a student from cheating, after which the student died by suicide. An SC/ST Act case has also been filed against him. That’s the state of education in this country.

Sahil, a B Tech student at IIT Bombay, died by suicide after being caught using a phone during an exam. IIT said he uploaded the paper to ChatGPT for answers inside the exam hall.

Police booked the faculty who caught him under the SC/ST Atrocities Act on the complaint of Sahil's father, because why not. If there’s a mechanism to spin the story from "died by suicide out of fear after getting caught cheating" into "died after being forced to cheat because evil faculty relentlessly tormented him for his caste and threatened to fail him," you might as well pull that lever.

Sahil’s father claimed that "under instructions from IIT Director", faculty member Suryanarayan Dulla had been targeting his son with casteist slurs since long, a revelation that apparently only struck him post-tragedy.

Caste-based activist groups and political parties will inevitably exploit this to engineer Rohith Vemula 2.0. We are drifting toward an educational environment where faculty members dare not report academic dishonesty or fail underperforming students, wary that a Atrocities case could be weaponized against them retrospectively.

स्वतंत्र भारद्वाज ने गलत किया तो 70 दिन बाद भी SC/ST लगा दिया जाएगा और वो जेल जाएगा लेकिन उसको पीटनेवाले वीडियो में दिख रहे हैं पर उनपर कोई कार्रवाई नहीं होगी।

अजीत भारती को गाली देनेवाले का बाल भी बांका नहीं होगा लेकिन अजीत के जवाब पर SC/ST एक्ट भी लगेगा और उसको एंटीसिपेटरी बेल भी नहीं मिलेगी।

ये सिर्फ दो उदाहरण नहीं हैं.. यही आज की डेट में हमारे समाज की सच्चाई है।
सवाल बस इतना है कि जब किसी के गलत पर होनेवाला कानूनी एक्शन उसकी जाति देखकर होता है तो वो प्रक्रिया बटेंगे तो कटेंगे की कैटेगरी में आती है या नहीं?

जब देश की व्यवस्था ही हमें एक नहीं मान रही तो काहे का एक हैं तो सेफ हैं फिर? आज कोई और है.. कल को हममें से कोई होगा। बस अपनी बारी का इंतजार कीजिए।

The SC/ST Atrocities Act, by its very design, encourages misuse rather than genuine grievance redressal.

1. In a country where people kill each other over few hundred rupees, offering 1,00,000 rupees simply for filing a case under this Act, for offenses as minor as verbal abuse, creates a obvious perverse incentive. Up to 50% of this amount is disbursed upon the filing of the FIR alone, requiring no prior investigation. Another 25% is paid when the chargesheet is filed. The best part is, if the case is later proven false, the compensation is not automatically recovered. How could this setup not encourage misuse?

2. There is no requirement for a preliminary inquiry. Someone makes a complaint, and you are arrested, that's it. With anticipatory bail explicitly barred, you are left entirely at the mercy of the legal system. Depending on your financial resources, getting bail can take anywhere from a few days to many years; a man in UP spent 20 years in jail before being acquitted of false charges. While defenders of the law argue that the innocent will eventually be freed, the process itself becomes the punishment. Why should innocent individuals endure humiliation and severe mental, physical, financial, and social hardship in the name of skewed social justice?

3. There are virtually no consequences for deliberate false accusations. A complainant can fabricate allegations, land an innocent person in prison, collect govt compensation, be exposed as a liar in court, and still face zero accountability. Instead, they can simply play the victim, claiming that the justice system fails the marginalized.

This framework has spawned a lucrative extortion ecosystem. Syndicates exploit the threat of non-bailable arrest to blackmail citizens, business owners, and public officials. When unverified cash payouts, absolute immunity, and guaranteed incarceration align, a law designed to shield the vulnerable inevitably becomes a tool for institutionalized extortion.

5 साल पहले मेरे गाँव में एक झूठा SCST केस हुआ.....

एक शोषित वंचित परिवार ने मिलकर एक श्रीवास्तव को लाठी, डंडे, फ़ावडे से मारा, श्रीवास्तव जी थाने गए वहाँ FIR हुई दूसरी तरफ से क्रॉस FIR हुई जिसमें छेड़खानी जातिसूचक गालियां मारपीट आग लगा देने की धमकी जैसे आरोप थे....!

श्रीवास्तव जी सच में मारे गए थे मेडिकल रिपोर्ट इसकी चीख चीख के गवाही दे रही, पुलिस ने समझाया दोनों पक्ष को सुलह करने के लिए, श्रीवास्तव पिटे हुए थे तो उन्होने स्वाभिमान से समझौता न करने की सोची...!

फिर शोषित समाज ने अपने एक गैरउपयोगी छप्पर में आग लगा दी सुबह के 4 बजे के करीब औऱ एक दूसरे शोषित ने बता दिया कि लाला आग लगाय के भागे हम देखें है, पुलिस CO साहब, श्रीवास्तव जी "ज़ब कुछ किये नही तो मेरा क्या होगा, मैं तो खुद मारा गया हूँ" वाले भाव में मौका पर आ गए पुलिस उन्हें बोलेरो में बैठाई औऱ लेकर जेल गई.....

उस समय उनकी शादी को 7-8 महीने हुए थे पत्नी गर्भवती थी 5-6 महीने की जेल में ही रहते हुए पिता बने, इतनी सारी धाराएं पुलिस ने जोड़ दी थी कि उन्हें जमानत कराने में 6-7 महीने लग गए, उन धाराओं में दलित उत्पीड़न, रेप की कोशिस, छेड़खानी, फब्ती कसना, मारपीट, आगजनी, बलवा जैसे 17 धारायें लगी थी.....

ये मेरे सामने घटित हुआ 4 था फेक scst था, मामला बस इतना था श्रीवास्तव जी के बगीचे में उस शोषित परिवार के बच्चे ईंट मारकर आम तोड़ रहे थे, जिसपर उन्होने डांटकर भगाया था, फिर उस घर पर शिकायत लेकर चले गए थे कि अपने बच्चों को रोक लो समझा लो...!

जबकि वो पूरा शोषित परिवार श्रीवास्तव जी के ही जमीन पर घर बनाया है उनको पूर्वजों ने ही उन्हें रहने के लिए घर बनाने को बाग़ का एक हिस्सा दे दिया था.....!!

जो शोषित बने घूम रहें हैं माननीय मोदी जी कृपा से असल में वही शोषक हैं, मोदी एक्ट में मिलने वाले मुआवजे में पागल हो रखे हैं....

आज भले किसी का मजाक बना लो बढ़िया हुआ फंस गया लेकिन कल तुम्हारा नंबर आएगा तब तुमपर कोई तीसरा हँसेगा औऱ मैं फिर बैठकर तुम्हारे लिए पोस्ट लिखूंगा....!!

He has wealth, power, and political clout, so why does he continue to contest from reserved seats? Why not fight from an open seat? By monopolizing a reserved constituency, isn't he actively preventing a less privileged Dalit brother or sister from his party from entering Parliament?

And he isn't alone. There are many like him in every field. This argument is not a conspiracy by the GCs; they gain nothing either way. It is a question of internal accountability. Your own influential elites are holding the broader community back by refusing to step aside. So Dalits should start asking questions about where the real issue lies, instead of blaming GCs for their lack of opportunities.
