Hi Barry, thanks for getting back to me. I have been stuck in India for last 8months and my employer is asking for my immediate return and my rental owner is demanding rental payments after Melbourne lockdown. I also have a 3yr old to bring back.

@varun_kpatel @airindiain Hi Varun, we understand these are extremely frustrating times. These are commercial flights managed by Air India and we’ve no role in the booking process. We do not get advance notice of when the bookings open. We try and get you the updates as soon as we find out.

I'm in Ahmedabad, even if do secure a ticket from Delhi to Sydney there is no way I can reach Delhi before tomorrows flight.

This is very true. I have not even got my refund from 19th July cancelled flight from air India. Very disturbing and pathetic to be honest and usually I would never like to speak ill about any company but Air India is really extremely terrible.

@airindiain where is the transparency of AirIndia in booking flight from Delhi to Australia? Flight with passengers flew on 31 oct and is flying on 4 Nov from Delhi to Australia, yet no booking of flight was open to public. How these people boarding the flight got their tickets?

I have not received any refund, I have requested the Bank multiple times and they have advised to contact you. I will have to lodge a transaction dispute with Air india as I have called and e-mailed multiple times and yet no response.

@MyntraSupport no customer service available on app not have they given me callback and did not deliver one item, deliver wrong item and also charged me. Just awful. Need someone to relive this asap as I have been waiting for a week now to talk to someone.

@airindiain Took no action to refund my ticket airfare even after my tweet last week. It as been more than a month and my flight was cancelled by airindia, yet they have not refunded me and left me stranded. I really need my money back but they would not give it.

@airindiain I have send you a DM, but it is terrible that I have to come to twitter to escalate. I have telephoned your team multiple times and also e-mailed multiple times. I have not received a single response or communication from back. Really Pathetic and annoyed!!
