Pathetic service by @havellsindia for my 1.5 ton AC. Registered complain Apr 17 and didn’t get a call post 24 hrs from service centre. Multiple follow ups. The AC was serviced on Apr 4 with warranty of any issues to be covered. Now Havells denies to refill gas.

@amazonIN Bought LG microwave from Amazon, delivered on Aug 14. Starter kit was missing. Raised complaint on Sept 13, since wasn't home due to medical emergency. Customer service, denied the starter kit and offered INR 500 Amazon Paybalance as exception. Help please. Need the kit

@AmazonHelp As I mentioned, there was a medical emergency. Hence couldn't reah out to customer service, after the product delivery. Do note, I am not asking for a refund or return on the product. I'm asking for the missing kit which was in the order.
